Online and Phone therapy have the advantage of being able to fit around you. As long as you have access to phone signal or wifi and a confidential space that you feel comfortable in, then you can be supported.
With over 5 years experience of offering online and phone therapy, I am extremely practised at holding the space and making you feel safe, even though I am not physically there. With online sessions we have the advantage of seeing each other, and being able to see all the signals that face and body language deliver. But some people enjoy the anonymity of the telephone, and I am used to picking up signals just by the tone of your voice, as to how you are feeling.
I have delivered successful therapy to a large number of clients both online and by telephone, and have no hesitation in offering this as an effective method of therapy.
