If you’re feeling stressed, anxious or depressed, perhaps you feel overwhelmed or angry and can’t see the way forward – I offer a personalised therapeutic approach adapted to your needs to help you to find a way forward.
Over the years I have built on my person-centered training to develop a therapeutic approach that will be tailored to suit your needs. I can support you through whatever challenges you are facing – enabling you to feel stronger and live life with more confidence and clarity.
I have experience in helping people with relationship breakdown, family issues, grief, chronic illness, trauma, OCD and many other challenges.

Throughout your therapy, you will feel understood, supported, and cared for. I will take the time truly listen to your concerns and understand how they are affecting your life. Together we will explore your experiences and I can support you in making sense of them.
In a relaxed and non-judgemental atmosphere you are welcome to bring any issue which may be troubling you.
Your needs and goals shape each session. We explore your challenges with compassion and I may offer practical tools and suggestions.
Where appropriate I may challenge you, and will encourage you to challenge my challenges. In this way we can explore without judgement and allow changes in perception and changes in your life.
